In this section, you'll learn about setting up Staff Members, or the resource where the calendar availability is set. A Staff Member can represent a person or the area of your business that is scheduled for an Appointment. Additionally, you'll set up other administrators (inactive Staff Members) that are responsible for creating or managing Appointments, running reports or other functions of the scheduling software.
