Make Appointment Window not finalizing Appointment as expected
The AppointmentPlus Classic application has been updated address an issue regarding Appointments. It was reported that when finalizing an Appointment, the Make Appointment Window would revert back to the original page and refresh the grid in the background due to an invalid phone number. This issue has been addressed and when a specific character phone number is required, the application will show an error if phone number is less than or greater than the character count.
Add-On Service duration calculating incorrectly
The AppointmentPlus Classic application has been updated address an issue regarding Add-On Services. It was reported that the Add-On Service duration was being incorrectly added to Appointment when booked through the Customer View. This issue has been addressed and the Add-On Service will dislpay the correct duration when used.
Sending Appointment Notifications to additional recipients
The AppointmentPlus Classic application has been updated to allow Customers to set additional recipients for any Appointment related Notification. When enabled, AppointmentPlus will now send the Appointment related Notification to those Emails entered in a specific field listed on the Customer View.
Can’t change password when login contains an apostrophe
The AppointmentPlus Classic application has been updated to address an issue with logging in. It was reported that if you are logging in with a name that contains a ' for the first time, the application will not allow you to change the password. This issue has been fixed and Users should be able to successfully change their password if an apostrophe is used.
