While a calendar is a great way to visualize the scheduled activities, sometimes being able to view all Appointments in a table list is needed. In this article, we'll review how to switch your view to the list, add more information, and print the details. |

Switching to List View
When you have logged in to your Appointment scheduling account, you will normally land on the calendar view. In many situations, this is the preferred view, as it provides easy visibility into what is scheduled, when your Staff Members are available, and gives easy access to schedule a new Appointment. However, for some managers or administrators, viewing details of current Appointments in a list is more effective.
Above the calendar, you have a few controls on the right-hand side of the window. The Calendar view will be initially selected, but you can toggle to the List view. |

Once you have selected the List view, the application will switch and display the Appointment data in a table. Any other selections for Staff Members or Rooms, or Day or Week view will determine which rows to display.
The Appointment List view displays all applicable Appointments or Reserves as rows on the table. The status, in a colored circle, and other visual indicators will always display in the first column on the left. Depending on your configuration, you may see other icons for recurring series or overlapping items.
List View Controls
Like the calendar view, you can change which Staff Members or Rooms are selected. After changing selections, the view will refresh to show the newest set of data. You can also choose the dates of your view and if you are viewing a single Day of Appointments or a full Week. The number of rows will adjust as you make changes. When you have more than 30 rows, subsequent pages will be added and you will be able to page between the results in the lower right corner after the last row.
The table will display some default columns and data, but you can easily add or remove these from the Select List Items drop-down field above the table. Please note that as you add more columns, you may need to scroll to view the information.
Sorting Rows
Similar to a spreadsheet application, the List view will allow you to sort rows by the column headers. Click on the header name to initiate the ascending sort order. Click the header again to switch to the descending sort order.
Viewing or Editing an Appointment or Reserve
From the List view, you can single click on any row and open the details window. If it is an Appointment, you'll be able to view all the details of the Customer and the Appointment, edit and save as needed. For a Reserve, you can view, edit, and save details, too.
Exporting List View Items
You or your team may find it helpful to have a printed copy of the Appointment and Reserve list. From this List view, you can easily export information in a few formats: PDF, Excel or CSV.
Once you have defined the data you want to view, click the Export button, and choose your desired format. The file will download to your local device and you can then print or open it in a spreadsheet application to use the data to build graphs, charts, or conduct other analysis.
