When viewing Appointments on the calendar grid, you are able to see important information about each Appointment. In many cases, you will see the Customer, Service, and status of the Appointment. However, you may wish to view additional details about the Appointment without opening the full Appointment window.
To view additional information about the Appointment, hover over the blue information icon. When you do this, a tooltip will open and display information about the current Appointment, details from other Appointment-level fields and, if available the last and upcoming 3 Appointments for that Customer.
Example Appointment Information Views
In the Appointment Information section, you will be able to see data entered into any additional Appointment level field visible for Appointments, according to the configuration in your account on the Customer Fields/Terms page in Settings. Fields like PO Number, Confirmation Number or other customized information fields are sometimes used to provide additional details to the Staff Member.
