The Status options for Appointments can be modified to meet the need of your business. Status options are shared to all Locations in your account and are only able to be updated from the Headquarters Location.
As either a Headquarters or Location Administrator, click on the Status Legend to view the current options available for your account. The default status options are Scheduled, Confirmed, Complete and No Show.
After opening the legend, you will see an option to Edit. You are able to edit the name of the Status that will display in each of the different languages available for users to choose. The default options are already translated for you. If you changed the name of a default option, the system will not automatically translate your customization. |

To choose a different language, click English and select another language to edit. Once you have entered all your changes, Update to save.
NOTE: At this time, only the names may be modified. If you want to add additional Status options or change the display color, you'll need to return to the Classic application and make those changes.
