As an user of the AppointmentPlus scheduling system, you may have a need to identify the account number associated with your account. Depending on your account's access permissions, you'll be able to retrieve this information from one of two places.
Headquarters and Location Administrators
Administrators of the account with access to the Settings tab may view the account number on the Location Information page.
Location Users, Call Center User and View Only Users
For non-administrators, the account number is displayed within the header of the Site Administration interface.
Using your Account Number
In some situations, if you assist or manage other users of the scheduling system, it may be helpful to know this ID number. Additionally, if you seeking assistance for your account from the AppointmentPlus Client Services team, you may be requested to provide this information.
Saving your Account Number
In rare situations where you are unable to log in to your account, it may be handy to save your account number in a safe place, like a password management application. To do so, copy this identifier from your account and save it outside of your AppointmentPlus account. The Client Services team recommends all Headquarters Administrators save their account number somewhere outside of the application for verification of your identity or for conversations related to support or billing inquiries.
