The world is a rapidly-shrinking place and more companies are operating in multiple countries or employing people whose preferred language is different than English. AppointmentPlus NextGen supports viewing the administrative application for managing Appointments in multiple languages.
As a logged in user, you have the option to choose the display language for the system. Each user can choose a different language and it doesn't affect other users in the same account or Location.
How to Change your Display Language
After logging in, you'll see the navigation panel on the left side of your browser window. Towards the bottom of the navigation, you'll see the interface's current language selected.
To view available languages, click on the current selection. From the list of available languages, choose the language you prefer. Upon click, the application will update and display any textual content (navigation item names, headers, buttons, labels or other descriptive information) in the newly selected language.
Please note: For information not translated by the administrator for your account, available content will display in English. Please contact your administrator about any of these fields.
