What is POODLE?
A vulnerability to the SSL 3.0 protocol was recently found that could potentially expose encrypted data. Also known as, "Poodle" or the "Man in the middle attack" this vulnerability allows hackers to access encrypted data by exploiting the transmission of information between browsers and websites.
