UPDATE – 10/7/2014
A new update is now available for the Mobile Admin View App. The update will resolve the issue with picker menus that would cause the app to crash.
If using the “Automatic Downloads” setting, your device should already have the new app version. To update the app manually, go to the Apple App Store and tap on the "Updates" section, then tap on the AppointmentPlus app to update to Version 1.3.5.
UPDATE – 10/2/2014
The update to resolve the iOS 8 issue was recently submitted to Apple. It may take a few more days to review the changes before the update is available for download. Once we have more information, we will update this article immediately.
NOTICE – 9/25/2014
Clients using the most recent Apple operating system (iOS 8) may experience an issue with the AppointmentPlus iOS Mobile App. We are currently working on updating the app to correct the issue.
What is the issue?
After updating to iOS 8, picker menus do not show correctly and the app crashes after selecting:
- Appointment Start Times
- Appointment Dates
- Appointment Duration
- Customer Date of Birth
