How to Enable/Disable
GO TO: Settings tab > Appointments> Preference #30 (Preference #23 when using MAPTS version)
When you roll your cursor over the tooltip () icon from the Appointment Grid, a pop-up window shows extra information about the Customer and their recent Appointments.
The following fields will show:
- Customer name
Account (if applicable)
Next 3 appointments
Last 3 appointments
Last 3 Notes
Change Appointment Status
NOTE: The fields listed are default fields. If you rename them in the Customer Fields/Terms section, those fields will still show regardless of what you rename them. It is not possible to view additional information in the pop-up window at this time.
