By default, your Customer View will be enabled and available for testing when you create a new AppointmentPlus account, however, you have the choice of either allowing or disallowing your customers to make their own appointments. Many clients choose not to offer direct online booking; they prefer to use the system for internal scheduling only. If you choose to only allow appointments to be scheduled in Site Administration of your account, please follow the process below to disable your Customer View:
1. CLICK: Settings Tab> Customer View > Preference #24
2. Set preference 24 to yes.
3. (Optional) Use Preference #25 to add or modify the text that displays when the Customer View is disabled.
