When you click on an open time slot on the Appointment grid in Site Administration, the Make Appointment box displays. You have the option of either selecting an existing Customer or creating the Customer while you are making Appointments. To add a Customer, enter their first name, last name, and any other required fields. Click Next to set the Appointment details (Service, Staff Member and other options). To review all the details, click Next; click Finalize Appointment if you do not need to make any edits. Upon successful creation of the Appointment, the Customer profile will also be created in the system.
