When you create or edit a Staff Member profile, you assign them one of 5 access types. If you want the Staff Member to only have access to create, change, and cancel appointments assigned to their own schedule, select the "Location User" access type. This means that when they log into Site Administration, they will only see a column for themselves on the appointment grid. They will not have access view or edit appointments assigned to other users.

I would like to have a login in for my instructors to be able to schedule lessons and see everyones column but not have access to our database of clients
Hi Kristine,
At the moment it is not possible to allow full access to all schedules without providing full access to the customer database. I recommend requiring those users to schedule through the Customer View site instead since they will be able to enter new customer profiles and create appointments for any schedule without viewing the entire customer database.
