The system automatically sends out Appointment reminder e-mails at a specified number of days before the Appointment. You can control how many days before the Appointment these are sent via the Appointment Reminder E-mail link in the Notifications section of Site Administration.
When you click on the Appointment Reminder E-mail link, there is a field called, "Days before appointment to send". This controls how many days prior the Customer’s Appointment the reminder e-mail will be sent.
