NOTE: This tab might be labeled differently in your account, depending on what you’re scheduling. If you’re not sure which tab to select, click the Settings tab, then click the Terms link at the left-hand side of the page. Term number 2 is where you’ve assigned the term that will appear on your desired tab.

- Enter the current password you used to log in.
- Then, in the Password and Retype Password fields, enter a new password.

How to reset your password if you've forgotten it?
- Navigate to www.daysmartappointments.com and click on Login link in the top right corner of the menu.
- Click on the Forgot password? link.

Note: If your profile contains multiple email addresses you will not be able to manually reset your password. Please contact an administrator assist you or to create a Support ticket for assistance. I want to change the password globally. I am the system administrator. Do I have to go in and change each practitioner's password individually? That seems crazy.
Hi Michelle,
Thanks for asking! The option to change multiple passwords at the same time does not currently exist. You will need to update each profile individually and enter your own password to change the password of other users.

I am having a similar issue with changing my password and the password for others in our system. It keeps saying that my password is incorrect even though i just logged in with that same password. Seems to be a system bug.
