Free email support through the AppointmentPlus® ticket system is available to all subscribers, however, additional phone support is available at the Extended and Premium support levels. To upgrade your support level:
- Click on the Settings tab at the top of your account.
- Click on the Account Options & Pricing link.
- Select the bullet to the right of Extended or Premium support.
- Click the Update & Pay Prorated Amount button.
NOTE: Your account will be billed, or invoiced for a prorated amount on the day that you upgrade your support level. An email receipt or invoice will immediately be sent to the email address in the billing contact section of your account.
