1. After logging in to your account, hover your mouse cursor over the Help link at the top of the page, then click on the Support Tickets link.
2. Click Submit A Request to add a new ticket, or click My activities to see previously submitted tickets.
NOTE: Only users with the access type of "Headquarters Administrator" or "Location Administrator" can access support tickets.
