Why doesn't the Alert (Exclamation Point) work?

    My Client Barber Lerz Missed Her Appointment Today At 11Pm Because The Reminder Appointment Is Not Working For Or Any Of The Clients. Please Fix It.

    Sherrie – It appears that the reminder email was not sent to your client because her profile does not include a valid email address. To update the email address for existing clients, click on the Clients tab at the top of your account, then search for the client using the search box. After selecting the name of the client, add their email address to the Email section, then click the Update button.

    If you find that a client with a valid email address is not receiving email notifications, please let us know.
