Why aren't any services showing in the services drop down list when making appointments?

    I re-did my services list to update it. Now it's not showing up and I can no longer book appointments. Please help!

    Amanda – It looks like your services list was updated correctly, however, the services are not selected as “offered” with your schedule. To fix this issue, click the Staff Members tab at the top of your account, then select your name. On the left side of the page, click on the Services Offered link. From the Services Offered section, use the check boxes (or Select All option at the top right) to select the services you offer and what days they are offered. Don’t forget to click the Update button at the bottom of that section to save your changes.

    I have all of my services set up.  I have them check marked and made sure all the days were check marked to make sure they were available.  Clients are able to make appointments through the web and pick the services. I am unable to pick a service when trying to book an appointment.  I even set up another employee to test to see if the problem was with me being listed as manager, but it didn't make a difference.  I am unable to pick a service.  I have gone over and over all of the set up components, but I must be missing something.  Any help would be great.  Thank you.

    I have a similar problem with my services. I have four services listed. All four show on the mobile app for scheduling on my ipad air. Only two of the services show on the desktop. 

    I have already cleared the cache but cannot get the other services to show on the desktop when scheduling an appointment. How come?

    Cassondra – You might want to try updating the Service Offered section for each affected staff member to make sure the services are available on the correct days. Since you are also using the “Service Times by Staff Member” feature, (Services Preference #7) you might also need to update the time frame each service is offered. You can do this by clicking the Staff Members tab, selecting a profile, and then clicking on the Service Times link to the left side of the page. If you can’t seem to make it work after that, please let us know by adding a support ticket in the Help section of your account.

    Dr. Donaldson – I’m sorry to hear you were having an issue with the services not showing correctly. I checked your account and noticed only 2 services are currently set up. Please let us know if this issue happens again after adding more services to your account.

    Hi there,

    I am having a similar problem with only one service not showing up on a staff member's drop-down menu. This doesn't seem to be a problem for any other service or staff member. I have all the days' boxes checked, and the service box checked in the Services Offered tab of the staff member's profile. I have everything checked on the service's tab in the Sessions tab (which includes our add-on services). What should I do to make the service show up in the client view and the backend view?
