Are you or your end-users unable to select a Service when scheduling? Follow the steps below to make sure your Services are set up correctly for scheduling through the Admin and/or End-User interface. Please review how to add a service if you haven’t added services to your account yet.
1) Verify the Days Offered and Duration options are correct for each Staff Member.
(Click: Staff Members tab > Select a profile from the list > Services Offered)
2) If using the Service Times feature, check the schedules of your Service.
(Click: Staff Members tab> Select a Staff Member from the list > Select the Service Times link)
NOTE: If using "Service Times by Service" (Service Preference #6), click on the Services tab, then select a Service to view its schedule
3) If the Service does not show when scheduling through the Customer View, verify the “Allow Customers to See” option is set to Yes.
(Click: Services tab > Select a Service from the list > Set the Display option to 'Yes')
