How to add a new payment method

    I have tried many, many times to add a different credit card, but all I get is a circle going around.

    The previous card was compromised and I had to destroy it.  Please help so the bill is sent to the correct card.

    Very frustrating!!!!

    Martha – Thanks for your comment, I understand why this would be frustrating. It sounds like there could be an issue with the web browser you are using to access the page. I recommend using the Firefox or Google Chrome web browsers to add a new payment method. Also, the page might not work correctly when using a mobile device. If you still experience this issue, don’t hesitate to open a support ticket for assistance.

    Add payment method link doesn't even appear. I have tried so many times to chenge my payment method over the phone but it doens't work either. It will be better if the link was actually there and we could update the payment method by ourselves.

    Derly, thanks for you comment. You may need to update your web browser in order for the link to work. If this doesn't work please open a support ticket and someone can assist you with the process.
