AppointmentPlus subscription charges are calculated based on four key factors: Price Tier, Plugins, Number of Schedules (Administrative Users), and Number of Appointments. A specific number of users can be added depending on what price tier is selected. For example, the Bronze, Silver, and Gold price tiers allow for up to ten users.
Users, aka resources, are the administrative profiles appointments are assigned to. The standard term we use to describe users is “Staff Members”; however, you might describe them differently depending on who or what is being scheduled.
To view your schedules/user profiles, click on the Staff Members tab at the top of your account. Note that this tab may be different in your account depending on who or what your scheduling.
NOTE: Inactive users, as well as users without a login or password, should be included when calculating the number of users to determine your appropriate price plan.
