I checked my billing info and it is correct and not expired. Why is my account past due?

We received the following notification (see below) on our account today and have verified that the payment credit card info is correct on the account. We have issued a support ticket request but, based on these other comments, it appears this may be an intermittent internal issue on your end. Please advise . Thank you.

Your account is past due and will expire in 5 days. This means one or more of your credit card payments did not go through. Please verify that the billing address you entered is the same one on your credit card.

My bill has been paid but the past due notice is still on my schedule.  How do I get that removed?
