    HOW DID YOU GET OUR NEW CREDIT CARD INFO FOR PAYMENT??

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for your comment! Only users with the access type of Headquarters Administrator can update the billing information in your AppointmentPlus account. Although we don't have a way of knowing who the specific user is that updated the credit card information, we can tell you that the update was done by one of your account administrators.
