If you received an email stating your credit card payment has been declined, it is most likely because the payment information is outdated. The email will provide an error code to help you understand why the payment was not processed.
If a credit card transaction is declined, please update your credit card information within the Payment Information section of your account. Make any necessary corrections to your billing information and be sure to process payment to avoid interruption in service.
GO TO Settings tab > Payment Information > Edit
