Occasionally, if your address in our billing system does not match that of your credit card, the payment will decline and may still show as a memo posting to your credit card account. Some banks will allow the charge to be verified and memo posted, but it will not fully clear the account. The memo will be released shortly after the bank's records reflect the payment did not clear our billing system.
If this happens to your account, please update your billing details:
- Log in to your account.
- Click Settings.
- Visit the Payment Information page.
- Edit the appropriate payment method, if you have more than one saved to your account.
- Update when you have made changes to the details.
NOTE: The Country you have selected on your account's Location Information page should match the Country you have selected on the Payment Information Page.
