Creating Recurring Appointments From Appointment Search
The Appointment Search tool for the administrator console has been updated to resolve an issue with the creation of a recurring series of appointments. In some cases, the administrator searching for an available time slot based on search criteria were able to create a single appointment, but not a recurring series of appointments from this tool. Going forward, an administrator will be able to create either single or recurring appointments based on the selected staff member's availability.
Searching For Appointment Availability With International Date Format
The application's Appointment Search feature has been updated to respect the date for accounts using the international date format (DD/MM/YYYY). In some cases, the account would have dates displayed in the international format, but the search tool would instead display in the US format (MM/DD/YYYY). Going forward, the account setting will apply to date usage and display in the Appointment Search tool.
Appointment Search Results Showing Unavailable Staff Members
The Appointment Search tool for the application has been updated to improve the search results. In some cases, searching for availability across multiple staff members was showing results from individual users that did not actually have availability. This has been corrected so that searching for either a specific staff member or all staff members, the results are the same and accurate for availability.
Appointment Search For Call Center Users
The appointment search feature has been updated to ensure that users assigned the Call Center User access type can successfully retrieve appointment search results.
