Updating Staff Member Password
The application has been updated to resolve a situation when updating the password of a staff member profile. In some cases, if the headquarters administrator was attempting to update the staff member from a location where the staff member was not created, the password change would not successfully save to the profile. This has been corrected and the staff member's profile will be successfully updated according to password rules regardless of the location within which the headquarters administrator is active.
Reporting on Customers with No Appointments
The Appointment Report has been updated to resolve an issue with displaying customers that have never booked an appointment. This report has been updated to ensure that the "never" option for time since appointment correctly displays customers that have user profiles but do not have any appointment history.
Updating Appointments Impacts Cost
The application has been updated to correct a situation when updating an appointment impacts cost. In some cases, moving the appointment to a different date would increase the cost of the appointment. This has been resolved, and the application will not increase the cost for an updated existing appointment for any reason other than those that would normally change the cost (i.e., changing the service or including an add-on service).
Updates to the Customer Report
The Customer Report has been updated to correct a display issue for the status of the customer profile. In some cases, the customer's profile status was displaying differently in the report than from their own profile. This has been corrected and the profile status will properly display in the resulting report output.
Requiring the "Heard Via" information from Customers
The application has been updated to resolve an issue when the customer is prompted to identify their referral source. In some cases, when the "Heard Via" form field is required, the default value is set to an existing value. The customer is not prompted to alter the value, so the integrity of the data is in question. This field has been updated to prompt the customer to set a value to an option in the list when the form field is required, and it will not assume that the default value should be the customer's submission.
Purchasing Gift Certificates
The application has been updated to improve information about gift certificate purchases. In some cases, when a customer would purchase a gift certificate as part of the appointment booking process, the gift certificate was not consistently stored in the system in order to be retrieved by an administrator. This situation has been resolved and all gift certificate purchases from the customer booking interface will be saved for reporting and future use to pay for an appointment.
Printing the Appointment Analytics Report
The Appointment Analytics Report has been updated to resolve a problem with printing the report. This report has been updated to ensure that the administrator can properly print it from the application.
Displaying Children in the Appointment Report
The Appointment Report has been updated to resolve a problem with the report output. In some cases, the child's name for an appointment would not display on the Appointment Report. This has been addressed and the report will now display both the parent and the child's name on the report when the child is the one receiving the service.
Display of Location in Appointment Email Notifications
The application has been updated to address a space issue for the display of the location's information. The label will now be properly spaced from the details for the location's address in the appointment notifications.
Dashboard Displaying Appointments with Custom Status
The Dashboard tool within the scheduling system has been updated to resolve a display issue. In some cases, if an appointment was set to a custom status for the location, the appointment would not display on the Dashboard tools. This issue has been addressed and appointments, regardless of status, will display as expected within the Dashboard view.
Appointment Report Update for Excel Export Format
The Appointment Report has been updated to resolve a discrepancy between the export formats of the report. The Excel export format has been updated to ensure that the "screen name" value correctly displays in the report.
