- Appointment Report Update
The Appointment Report has been updated to resolve an issue with data presentation. In some cases, a field for "professor" was included in the report output when the default data field was not selected by the administrator before running the report. Going forward, the appointment report will correctly reflect the fields selected by the administrator in the report designer screen.
- Update to Scheduling appointments through Web Services
The application has been updated to properly reflect appointment grid availability when appointments are created from an integrated third-party booking interface. In some cases, the appointment calendar grid would display the action buttons for creating a new appointment or reserve time in the same time slot where an appointment created through Web Services existed. Going forward, the application will properly reflect existing appointments and prevent administrators from booking into unavailable times where not enabled.
- Updates for Reserve time details
The application has been updated to correct a display issue for reserve times. In some cases, the administrator would reserve time on the appointment grid, but when viewing the details of the reserve, the start and end time dropdown fields would be blank. This issue has been resolved and the dropdown fields will now properly display slot times.
- Updating staff member service cost
The application has been updated to correct a display issue in the staff member's profile. In some cases, if the staff member's service cost was set to $0.00, changes to the service cost would override the staff member's cost setting in their profile. This issue would occur even when the administrator did not select to change the staff member's cost when updating the service details. Going forward, the application will ensure that the cost set for the service offered by staff members, unless the cost is overridden by the administrator.
