- Document Upload Encryption
The Marketplace plugin for Document Upload has been updated to include encryption of the file being uploaded into the AppointmentPlus system. The document is encrypted and stored in the AppointmentPlus system in that manner. The encryption protects the document during transfer and while at rest. This additional functionality will provide further protection around the information stored in files uploaded to AppointmentPlus for Customers, Appointments or email notifications.
- Cannot upload more than one document
The document upload plugin has been updated to ensure that multiple documents will be properly uploaded when selected through the various interfaces for end-users and administrative users. This change will ensure that when more than one are selected during the upload process that all files will be processed.
- Unable to upload documents
The application has been updated to ensure end-users can upload a document after booking an Appointment. If the AppointmentPlus account is configured with the setting to automatically log Customers out of the system after scheduling, Customers will not receive the prompt to upload a document. The users browsing session will need to be active (logged in or registered) for this functionality to be available.
Custom Appointment Status type Not Showing in appointment report
The Appointment Report has been updated to ensure custom Appointment Statuses display appropriately based on Appointments existing in them at the time the report is generated.
