- STAFF MEMBERS HIDDEN FROM THE CUSTOMER VIEW BOOKING PROCESS SHOW AFTER CLICKING THE “PRINT ALL” LINK
The Customer View interface has been updated to respect the configuration of hiding Staff Members in all features, including the print all feature. When hiding the Staff Members drop down on the Customer View, Staff Members will no longer show after clicking the “Print All” link in the Appointment Activity section. This update only applies to accounts using Staff Members preference #4 or Emails preference #9 to hide the Staff Members drop down on the Customer View.
- APPOINTMENTS CANCELED USING ACTION LINKS WOULD NOT SHOW A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE
The process of canceling or rescheduling appointments through Action Links in email notifications was updated to ensure each action is executed properly. Prior to this change, the action links would attempt to perform the action but would not fully process through the system, leaving some appointments scheduled, when the customer thought they were canceled.
- POST RELEASE EVENTS ON THE EVENTS PAGE SHOW AS DUPLICATED
When adding Events to the Appointment Grid in Site Administration, the system was displaying multiple instances of each Event within the Event list panel. The Events were not duplicated in the system, however, the interface was showing multiple copies of the same Event item. The system has been updated to improve this display presentation and prevent the duplication within the interface.
