Location Attributes & Values
Locations have been updated to leverage attributes as filter options when searching for available locations. It is recommended that the Location Map is used in conjunction with the attributes. After configuring attributes in the Lists area, the scheduling workflows within site administration and the customer scheduling interface will enable users to select one or multiple attributes and limit the search criteria to locations that match those attributes selected.
This functionality is available for clients subscribing to the Platinum tier or higher.
New Appointment Search Options
- Search Results - When searching for an appointment, enable users to find more available time slot results by adjusting the search parameters.
- Date Range Filter - When searching for a location and appointments, the system has been updated to address a date range within which the system searches for available time slots.
Collapse Appointment Page Header Messages
The Appointments tab has been updated to enable site administration users to collapse the message displayed in the Appointment Page Header. This modification is designed to increase visibility of the Appointment Grid after a user has read the header message.
Deactivated QuickBooks plugin
The QuickBooks plugin has been deprecated from the AppointmentPlus system. This plugin was configured to work with older versions of QuickBooks and no longer functions within the system.
- The Point of Sale (POS) tool has been updated to appropriately calculate a total amount, including tax, for a product or service when adding an item to the appointment booking.
When a site administrator user is logged in and moving individuals from the Wait List to an appointment with availability, the grid does not refresh to reflect the new attendee. This issue is resolved and the grid now properly updates to display the new attendee.
The Events display functionality has been updated to ensure that Events scheduled at the headquarters location do not show an other locations configured within the AppointmentPlus account.
The Service and schedule functionality has been updated to ensure that the service's end time is used in determining when to book an appointment to begin.
The appointment workflow has been updated to ensure that the cancellation policy notice displays as expected based on the preference configuration to users booking appointments through the site administration interface.
Email Notifications have been updated to ensure that all notifications, regardless of plugins enabled, are delivered from email@example.com. This will support efforts to improve the reliability of successful email delivery.
The Statistics Report has been updated to properly calculate information on appointments and their status over a date range. This will address situations where the Appointments report was listing appointments but those weren't factored into the Statistics report.
The Products list within the Point of Sale feature has been updated to ensure that newly added products are immediately available to select. After creation of the new product, the site administration user can then create an invoice for a customer and locate the newly added product from a drop down list.
When making changes to a recurring appointment, the display was updated to correctly show each of the available options within the location's open hours.
The Recurring Appointment information has been updated to resolve an issue when using "number in group" for a recurring appointment. The number in group will now reflect the value set during the original creation rather than changing to "1" during an edit of the appointment information.
The Reports feature has been updated to address a summation issue with the total appointment durations contained within the date range of the report.
The Rooms feature has been updated to ensure that existing schedules are saved against the new room upon creation and changes to existing schedules can be configured and applied to the Room after creation.
- The location search feature has been updated to accurately present results when conducting a search for a location during the appointment booking process from the site administration interface.
