How do I create a service?

    I followed your directions for adding a service, however it is not appearing in the drop down menu on the admin side. It appears in the client view, but it can not be selected.  The service is set up correctly under the staff member. What have I missed?

    Somewhere between making my comment and double checking what I did, it worked! Maybe patience is the key. :-)

    I followed the directions for adding a service for our medical assistant. It is not appearing in the drop down as a service. It appears on our list of services. What might be the problem that is not allowing it to show up on the drop down.

    Hi Leah,

    Thanks for your comment! I recommend checking the Services Offered and Service Times sections under the Active provider schedule you are using to make sure the new service is available for scheduling. This might require you to check the dates and times that apply to the new service is nothing is currently selected.

    Hello! I have a service that I want to offer on March 19th. I've created the service, assigned an instructor made sure the instructor is active that time, but it still does not show up on the calendar as an option for my clients. please help. what am I not getting here?

    Hi Mat,

    If your end-users are unable to see the service and instructor you recently added, you might need to make sure the instructor is set to display on the customer view. To do this, click on the Instructors tab at the top of your account, then click on the name of the instructor. Within the Profile Information section, set the Allow Customers to See option to Yes, then click the Update button.
