How much customization can be done to the way the customer view looks?

The "Pages/Text" and "Layout" sections of Site Administration can be used to customize the header, and text areas of the Customer View. The "Layout" section allows you to customize the following areas of the customer view:

Customer View Header Text

  • Text
  • Font color


Customer View Logo

  • Upload a logo to replace the header text

NOTE:

The recommended size range is about 300 pixels wide by 200 hundred pixels in height.


Customer View Header

  • Use the WYSIWYG Web Editor to replace the Customer View Header.


Customer View Header Colors

  • header background color - The background color of the header when using the Text option.

    Hi Sarah,

    Thanks for your comment! Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to format the text that shows on the Services Description page. The system will automatically include the Title and Description of each Service on the page. If you prefer to disable the page completely, you can do so by clicking on the Settings tab, and then selecting the Client View section under the preferences list. Set preference #18 to No in that section to disable the Services Description page.
