    I do not seem to be able to delete saved reports that were not good

    Hi Yvonn,

    Thanks for your comment. Please follow these steps to delete a saved Appointment Report: 

    1. Click on the Reports tab.
    2. Select a saved report from the drop down list.
    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then click the Delete Report button.

    If you have any issues with deleting reports or need help with deleting a large number of saved reports, please add a support ticket through the Help section of your account.

    Pet Information - does that not show up on reports? Just the customer?

    Is there a way to create a report that will show the customers who do NOT have an upcoming appointment scheduled? This would be helpful for determining which customers need to be contacted.

    Hi Lauren – Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to generate a list of customers without an upcoming appointment. You can however use the Customer Loyalty Report to view customers with a specific number of appointments. You could run a report for customers with “0 Completed” appointments for example.

    We have added several new appointment statuses, but they are not showing up as an option in the reports.   How do I add them there?
