The Staff Member Summary report is useful if you would like to see how often certain staff Members are scheduled for each service that they offer. The report will display the total appointments per staff member, how many customers were associated with those appointments, and the average visits (appointments) per customer.
NOTE: This report is available to Headquarters and Location Administrators.
To Access the Report:
- Click on the Reports tab
- Select the Staff Member Summary Reports link
NOTE: The term "Staff Member" may be different in your account if changes were made in the "Terms" section of Settings. You might refer to Staff Members as Schedules, Doctors, or Instructors for example.
To Run the Staff Member Summary Report:
1. Start by using the Filter section to limit the report results for one of more categories.
(For example, you can select the Complete Appointment Status to only include appointments marked as Complete in the report)
2. Select from the View Options to view your report results in HTML or Excel format.
Users can export the Staff Member Summary report via HTML or Excel by selecting one of the View Options at the bottom of the report.
HTML – Lets you view the report as a web page through your internet browser.
Excel – Lets you view the report as a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel.
