Yes, you can add a package retroactively. You can accomplish this in two different ways:

Adjust Package Details
When assigning the package to a Customer, adjust the Number of Sessions accordingly. The default will be the number set up in the original package details, but you will be able to adjust it to any number. -
Assign Past Appointments
Assign the package with the default number of sessions. Then go back to the past Appointments and assign the package to each Appointment.
