Available times for an Appointment are always shown based on the timezone specified for each Location in your account.
Access Timezone Setting
1. Select a Location from the drop-down list at the top right corner of Site Administration, then select the Settings tab.
NOTE: You can also access the timezone setting for each Location by clicking on the Lists tab, then selecting a Location.
2. Use the drop-down list to select a different timezone setting, then click Update.
