To cancel an appointment, select it on the schedule, or though a customers "Appointment History." Next, click on the “Cancel Appointment” button in the pop-up window.
When you cancel appointments, it removes them from the schedule, thus opening up the time slots previously occupied.
NOTE: Cancelled appointments will be removed from the schedule, but can still be found in the Appointment History section and Appointment Reports.
