To print your Appointments for a day or for any time period, click Reports.
The default report selected is the Appointment Report. In the Filter section, select the date range and any other filters you like.
To customize the report's output, review and select any Appointment fields in the Include in Report section by selecting the checkboxes next to any field you would like to see on the report.
It is recommended to select the Status field as a field to display for Appointment reports. The reason is that the report shows cancelled Appointments as well as scheduled Appointments. If you don’t show the Status field on the report, you won’t know if the Appointment is scheduled or cancelled.
Next, select a Sort By option. Then, at the bottom, select whether you want to view the report in HTML or Excel. If you are just going to print the report, try the HTML option first. If you are going to save the report to your hard drive, use the Excel option.
Click to Run Report. A new window will open with the report in HTML or the file will be downloaded to your machine.

I desperately need to be able to put an "ending time" on my reports for the day so we do not have to figure it out (depending on the type of appointment).
Can you guys add this somehow - I have mentioned this before. It would be extremely helpful. Thank you.
Yvonne – We do not currently have an option that would automatically calculate the end time of the appointment and let you include it in reports. The best option is to include the Start Time and Duration fields when running the report so you can determine the appointment end time.
When I print an appointment report with Time and Duration, the duration is wrong - a 10 minute appointment turns into a 10 hour one even though it shows on the calendar as a 10 minute appointment.
Another appointment duration shows a 10 minute appointment turning into 16 hours and 26 minutes. This creates a report that shows times for the entire overnight period and the entire next day till closing. Why does this happen and how do I stop it?
Dr. Donaldson - Thanks for letting us know, I created a support ticket about this issue for you. Please provide any additional details if they become available.
