APPOINTMENT VERSION: Single & Multiple
The 24 Hour Operation setting is required to let your Appointments span from one day to the next. For Example: An appointment that starts at 11:00PM & ends 1:00AM the following day. Setting the start and end times of your open hours to: "Midnight-open" & "Midnight-Closed" is required to set the same start and end times for individual Staff Member schedules.
24 Hour Operation is not compatible with the Service Times settings. Appointment scheduling will be disabled when attempting to use these features together.
NOTE: This setting will only allow appointments created in Site Administration to span multiple days. End-users cannot create appointments that span multiple days through the Customer view.
How to enable 24 Hour Operation

NOTE: Open Hours cannot be seen by Customers when scheduling online. True appointment availability is based on the staff or resource schedule, not the Open Hours of a Location.
