On the appointment grid, days and times that staff members aren’t available display in a dark gray color. When the system is set to allow scheduling outside normal availability, each of those gray slots will show a black () symbol.
If you are unable to view schedules for days that have been set as "off" or "closed", you can make an additional preference change that will prevent the system from hiding the schedules on those days.
To enable scheduling outside normal Staff Member availability:
GO TO: Settings tab > Appointments > Preference #16 > No
To prevent the system from hiding schedules for off days:
NOTE: The appointment preference used to allow scheduling on unavailable days/times applies to the Appointment Grid in Site Administration only. Appointments cannot be scheduled on unavailable days/times through the Customer View.
