Email notifications sent to customers will automatically include a signature with your organizations details. The signature will include the Company Name, Address, Phone Number and Website Address (if applicable), added to the Location Information section of your account settings.
To edit your Location Information, click on the Settings tab at the top of your account.
To create a custom email footer:
- Click on the Settings tab
- Select the E-mails link from the list of preferences
- Add custom text to Preference #14
- Click the Update button
NOTE: E-mails Preference #14 will remove the Location Information from your email signature and replace it with the custom text you added.
