We don't have a survey function built into DaySmart Appointments but we can help automate the delivery of the survey to your customers.
First, create your survey in a polling or form tool. A few are suggested below. Whatever tool you select, make sure it allows you to send a link to your customers to complete the survey.
Next, activate the Appointment Completion E-mail notification. This email is sent to your customer when the status of their appointment is changed to "complete." You can do this by going to Settings, click Notifications and click the Appointment Completion link. Set the status to Active. In the text for that notice, just include the link to a survey you designed on a survey site.
