There is only one reminder email available for your customers. Reminder e-mails can be set to be sent at different intervals (3 days before the appointment, 2 days before the appointment, etc.). There is also an additional parameter you can turn on that has the system continue to send the reminder e-mail each day after the initial reminder e-mail is sent. To turn on this feature:
CLICK: Settings Tab > Notifications > Appointment Reminder E-mail > Set the "Continue to send reminder e-mail every day prior to appointment" to "Yes" and Update
I'm looking for staff reminder emails. If the system can send out a reminder email or a schedule to the staff member.
