Appointment Status Types
As a Headquarters Administrator, you may add or modify the Status options in your account. Any status created in the account will be available for all sub-Locations. You cannot create a separate list of statuses by Location.
To add a custom status:
To change the name or color of existing status types, click on the Appointment Status Types link, then select a status type from the list.
Note: It is important to understand the four default status types are linked to automated email notifications and cannot be deleted. The email action associated with the default status types is noted in paratheses.
