    Having a problem getting the expiration date to appear on the certificate.  Have followed all the steps provided here. Any suggestions?

    Customers are not receiving gift certificates when they purchase online-- when do you expect to have this fixed? Been about a year and a half now that this function has not worked. Thanks!

    Hi Nicole,

    Thanks for your comment. I'll add a support ticket to your account about this issue so we can get more details. We are planning on fixing a few defects with the Gift Certificate plugin soon and our support team should be able to let you know if this issue is one of them.

    my customers are not receiving their gift certificates either when they purchase online, I have to resend them ... this is not the first time that my clients haven't received them.  What is the current ETA to fix the plug in, it is embarrassing when clients have to follow up with me that they didn't get them when it should be instant via email ....
